Friday, August 5, 2016 at around 9 am, a passenger from Ryanair ran on the tarmac of the international airport Adolfo Suárez of Madrid, Spain, hoping to catch his flight to the Canary Islands. The man, a Bolivian, managed to pass several security checks, get in the tarmac by jumping from the gangway and then run with two bags on the tarmac toward the plane he missed. The pilot finally agreed to go on board of the plane, but the man was later arrested in Gran Canaria, before being released. He faces a large fine.
