Sunday, 22 January 2017, shortly before 5 pm, a Robinson R44 helicopter crashed in the Rio Turvo River near Capitolio, in the Brazil. The aircraft, which was carrying tourists, was conducting patrols above the Bank of the Rio Turvo when it lost altitude and completed its flight in the water of the river. Four people were on board the aircraft, three were slightly injured. An investigation is underway to determine the causes of the accident.
