The Turkish artist Garip Ay reproduced two famous paintings of the famous Vincent Van Gogh. "Starry Night" (June 1889) and "Portrait of the Artist" (1889), on the surface of a container filled with water mixed with black ink. Using different brushes, Garip Ay drops the paint to the surface of the dark liquid and reproduced with a remarkable technical, the works of the Dutch painter.His reproduction of "Portrait of the Artist" is then printed on a sheet by using the technique of hydrographic transfer.
