A policeman throws a harrow to stop a hit-and-run driver. The scene took place on 1 May 2017 in the county of Jõgeva in Estonia. The police attempted a first time to immobilize a motorist who was driving drunk driving a car Opel, but without success. They then used a harrow. On the video, you can see a policeman unfold the Harrow across the road just before passing the vehicle, exhaustinging his tires and forcing the driver to stop.
