A jet skier avoided drowning narrowly by approaching too close a container ship sailing off the port of Southampton, England. In wanting to touch the gigantic ship, he accidentally pulled the security leash connecting the jet-ski, switching off the engine. He then fell into the water, only a few centimeters from the imposing metal shell which was moving at a relatively fast rate, that might be a dangerous hit and drowning. Fortunately, the man was able to rise to the surface and start the engine of his jet ski to go. Very close from a Darwin award !
