A homeless person lives "comfortably" under a bridge
Ceola Waddell Jr. has been a homeless person for some years. Despite this difficult situation, he managed to live "comfortably" at the edge of a road under the bridge of a highway in Los Angeles, California. He makes us visit his "home", a space where are arranged a large bed, toilets, some furniture and armchairs as well as a reserve of food. Ceola also has a refrigerator which it has transformed into a jacuzzi. In order to make this modest comfort possible, he offers a "guest room", a tent that he rents 25 dollars a week. The authorities regarded this initiative as a dangerous initiative. The city claims to have tried to help the homeless but the latter refused.
